CNC CAPABILITIES

      With our three machining centers, precision parts can be machined to tolerances of +/- .0005". Two of these machining centers have forth axis capability and one is equipped with a HAAS indexer; which allow close tolerances to be held on small automotive parts. Our six MAZAK turning centers provide consistent accuracy and allow for tight
tolerance parts to be manufactured in single or light production quantities. The two MAZAK quick turn 15N turning centers are equipped with ATS-A6 collet chucks and 12' SMW bar-feeds with .25" to 2.0" capacity. This allows for continuous cycling and ease of changeover. The MAZAK 250 HP with a 10" chuck and space-saver bar-feed gives us the ability to feed .5" to 2.625" bar or turning up to 17" diameter. The MAZAK 200 HP and our new MAZAK Nexus 100 allow for tight tolerances to be held, and both are equipped with an ATS-16C zero pullback collet. These machines are both used for secondary operations, which allows for continuous operation of other machines.  The MAZAK Nexus 200 is our newest machine we have to offer. It is equipped with ATS-A6 COLLET chuck and a SMW space-saver 2100 bar-feed.  With the combination of all of our machines, along with Mastercam Version 9.1 software, Fleetwood is able to deliver the fast  turnaround and accuracy that our customers depend on.
